Vassilis Katsantonis is PhD Candidate in the Department of Social Policy, Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, conducting research on Greek employers' organisations.
He has studied Economics at the University of Piraeus (2004) and holds postgraduate diplomas: MA European Industrial Relations (Warwick Business School, 2005), MSc Business & Economic Strategy (University of Piraeus, 2007) and MSc Tourism & Hospitality Management (ALBA, 2016). He has worked in various companies as HR executive.
Since 2016, he has been working at SEV (Federation of Greek Industries), initially in the Social Affairs Dpt. and since November 2020 in the Industry, Growth, Infrastructure & Regional Policy Dpt. focusing on Innovation and Start-up entrepreneurship issues. His research interests include employers' and business associations, (collective) labour relations, human capital development and human resources management systems.
