Social exclusion and social rights - Exclusion sociale et droits sociaux

The course examines social policy in the light of the state of law, the welfare state and social rights. The analysis focuses on specific fields of social policy (labour market, social security, equality of opportunities, migration, health and housing) at national, European and international level, in times of crisis.
