The main purpose of the research is to document the extent to which female and male employees in the public sector are subjected to sexual harassment and sexist behaviours during their work and how these behaviours can be eliminated through the adoption of specific measures and policies. In addition, the research will propose measures and practices to address the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the public sector.
