PhD Candidate
Konstantinos Baltatzis is a Ph.D. candidate specialized in State Theory and Law at Panteion University. In 2016, he completed the undergraduate degree with a grade of “Very Good” in the Department of Social Policy of Faculty of Political Sciences at Panteion University. He continued his studies in the same department and in 2018 he accomplished a postgraduate degree with a grade of “Very Good” in the program “Social Policy: Methods and Applications”. His research interests are focused on the state and political institutions of the socialist regimes of the 20th century.
