Danae Kalogera

PhD Candidate

Danae Kalogera hold a BSc in Social Policy from the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences (2009) and an MSc in Human Resources Management - International Development from the University of Manchester, in the UK (2010). Her 12 years of professional experience in the Greek shipping industry and in particular in two of the country's largest shipping companies, as well as her daily contact with their workforce, proved the necessity for further development and use of innovative tools in HR, pushing her to look further into coaching and obtain two relevant accreditations: one in Jungian Coaching (Povej na Glas / Slovenia, 2019) and one in Coaching in Organizations (Solutions Academy / Germany, 2022), both by International Coaching Federation-approved educational institutions. Her PhD is an attempt to investigate the multidimensional field of labor relations and the use of new methods (i.e. coaching), that will improve quality in the workplace, as well as strengthen the feeling of work satisfaction.
