Vasileios - Leonidas Korompilias

Vasilis Korompilias is a PhD candidate in the field of sociology with an emphasis on social theory at the Department of Social Policy of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. He is a graduate in European Culture from the School of Humanities, Hellenic Open University, and holds a MSc in Political Science and Sociology from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His research interest focuses mainly on contemporary social theory and pertains to subjectivation and power analysis, along with certain pertinent issues from the political theory. He speaks English fluently and demonstrates an acquaintance with French. He has worked at the central bureau of the Ministry of Justice.
