Vasiliki Psareli

PhD Candidate

Vasiliki Psareli is a PhD Candidate on Adult Education and Lifelong Learning Policies at the Department of Social Policy of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.  She studied Social Work at the Technological Educational Institution of Athens (2004) , while at the same time she completed her studies as an English translator at the British Council of Athens. She has also specialised in Special Education and learning disabilities (2013), having attended the 1-year specialisation seminar of the Research Center of Psychophysiology and Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens . In 2017, she completed her MsC "Social Policy: methods and applications" at the Department of Social Policy of the Panteion University of Social and Poltical Sciences, specialising in "Social protection and social cohesion".  Her research has focused on Adult Education and Lifelong Learning Policies. She has worked as a Social Worker for several years in a wide range of social protection organizations. Currently she works as a Job Counsellor at the Organisation for the Employment of Labour Force (OAED).
