Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) Hub for Food Sovereignty and Sustainability: Educating Children and Adult Consumers

The project aims to create a Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) Node for food sovereignty and sustainability at Panteion University. The main goal is to sensitize, inform and educate students and adult consumer-citizens on dietary perceptions and attitudes embracing ethical production and consumption practices in accordance with the principles of SSE and sustainability, as reflected in the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The survey was approved within the framework of the 3rd Action Proclamation "Science and Society - Research, innovation and dissemination nodes" of ELIDEK, in Theme 3: Circular and social economy nodes.
