Labour Relations and Social Rights

The course aims to introduce the concept of industrial relations as well as the content of rights arising from the nature of salaried work. As such specifies the differences between salaried work and other forms of employment, the nature of the participants and the institutional framework between the dependant worker and the employer in terms of starting, operation and termination including the additional rights that entails.
